Our thoughts, your thoughts are where we begin. We need to begin here because in order for you to succeed with your campaigns you need to be in the right frame of thinking. Your thoughts can make you or break you. That is why I choose to focus on this right from the beginning. I am going to make some recommendations for books or movies which you should read or watch to help you with this process. It is very important that you take the time for yourself to work on yourself. Improve yourself, not just for yourself but for those around you that you love and love you.


First you must stop the negative thoughts. This is not easy since we can have hundreds of thoughts a minute, over 60 to 100 thousand in a waking day. There is no way we could possibly control that many thoughts. But what we can do is change our pattern. 

Why Go Organic?

1. No persistent pesticides or herbicides on or in your food.


2. No synthetic fertilizers or sewage sludge use to grow your food.


3. Genetically modified organisms better known as GMO's are allowed.


4. Animals are fed organic feed and given access to the outdoors.


5. Synthetic growth hormones and antibiotics for animals are strictly forbidden.

We can change our thought habits. One thing want you to do from this point going forward is to mentally stop yourself every time you think a negative thought. Stop and tell yourself "No that is not my though" and immediately turn it into a positive thought. This takes effort but you will be surprised as to how many negative thoughts you have each day. Negative thoughts lead to failure, stress, and poor health. Change your thought process and you will change everything in your life, from your health to your success and relationships. The power to make this change is within you. Only you can control your thoughts, now one else. This is something you cannot put off until tomorrow because it must happen now, today, at this very moment. Change those negative thoughts you are having and put them out of your head and replace them with positive uplifting, and happy thoughts.

Hair Fact


Ever wonder why you have brown hair, but your mother has red hair? Or why your sister is blond? It's all in the genes. your hair color is determined by the amount of eumelanin (dark brown) and Pheomelanin (red) produced in your body. There are no specific hair color categories--instead, there are mixtures of black, dark brown, red-brown, strawberry blond and light blond. Multiple studies have shown that both eumelanin and pheomelanin work together, like mixing paint, to creat a hair color unique to each person, even when both parents both have the same hair color.

EXERCISE: Here is an exercise I want you to do as you are putting together your mailing campaign. For every letter you fold and place in an envelope, I want you to say in your mind the following statement: "I send this letter to you with only love and light in my heart, in hopes it will show you the path to better health and well being in your life." You must do this for each letter you send out. I repeat the process as I place the mailing label and stamp on the envelop. By sending the letters with only positive, caring loving thoughts, the recipient with then receive those thoughts through the letter you send them. This is very important and it doesn't matter if this if your first or your 10th mailing campaign you send out. You need to do this each and every time. And if you have help putting the campaign together from friends or family, they to must follow this exercise. It's important that the recipient receive your letter feeling that love and light coming from those that touch it.

The next EXERCISE I want you to begin doing right away is very simple but can be very difficult. Each morning when you wake up your first thoughts of the day can set the tone for how your day will go. So your simple but very effective exercise is this, when you wake up and your feet first touch the floor, stop right there and say in your mind, "This is a great day". That's it and that simple, but its the most difficult for most people. Folks I do this each and every day and let me tell you, when I don't boy do I know it. Don't just say it once, say it two or three times so your mind and heart knows you mean it. "This is a GREAT Day"

Cymatics—What is it and why do you need it?

Cymatics come from the Greek word meaning “Wave”. Cymatics is usually associated with the study of sound and frequency waves but in this case because we are still using “waves” and vibrational frequency only in the process of healing, I have stuck with the name Cymatics or Cymatics Energy Healing. Basically, it’s the movement of energy. Many refer to this as “Energy Healing”. When our bodies vibrational energy is low we are susceptible to dis-ease. With Cymatics, in essence I am raising your vibrational energy. By doing so we facilitate the bodies own power to do what it does naturally, heal itself. We also use Cymatics to help us to release blocks which might be holding us back from the things we want in life. By identifying those blocks , raising the vibrational energies along with the power of intention and affirmation, we can release that which does not serve us and let those blocks go.

Everything has vibrational energy. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife understood this in the early 1900’s and developed a way to destroy disease without surgery and drugs. While all of his research and equipment was destroyed many years ago, I have been working over the past 10 years to piece some of it back together. I put together a new frequency generation machine with unique hand wands to amplify the frequencies. One important thing to understand is when Dr. Rife built his machine, digital was not thought of, so he generated analog frequency. Digital has been tested and has shown to lack the ability to penetrate deep into the body tissue. This means digital machines on the market today have very little affect on healing the body. Think of it this way, when an opera singer hits that high note and shatters the glass, this is essentially what we are doing to a disease cell in the body when we apply certain low resonating frequencies.

Beware of health scams

You see the ads everywhere these days:


“Smart drugs for long life”

“Arthritis aches and pains disappear like magic”

“This treatment cured my cancer in one week”


They sound good. But like they say, “if it sounds too 

good to be true, it probably is.


Health scams have been around for years. Today, there are more ways than ever to sell untested products. In addition to TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, infomercials, mail, telemarketing and even word-of-mouth, products are now offered all over the Internet. On websites that describe miracle cures. And emails that stories of overnight magic. Sadly, older people are often the target of such scams.

The problem is serious. Untested remedies may be harmful. They may get in the way of medicines prescribed by your doctor. They also may waste money or keep people from getting the medical treatment they need.


False hopes.



Why do people fall for these sales pitches? Unproven remedies promise false hope. They offer cures that appeared to be painless or quick. At best, these treatments are worthless. At worst, they are dangerous. Health scams prey on people who are frightened or in pain. Living with a chronic health problem is hard. It’s easy to see why people might fall for a false promise of a quick and painless cure.



These scams also target people with diseases that have no cures, such as diabetes, arthritis and Alzheimer’s. Watch out for ads about products such as these:



1. Anti-aging medications. Aging is normal. Despite claims about pills or treatments that lead to endless youth, no treatments have been proven to slow or reverse the aging process. Eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise and not smoking are proven ways to help prevent some of the diseases that occur with age. In other words, a healthy lifestyle gives you the best chance of aging well.



2. Arthritis remedies. Unproven arthritis remedies can be easy to fall for because symptoms of arthritis tend to come and go. You may believe the remedy you are using is making you feel better when, in fact, it’s just the normal rhythm of your symptoms. You may she claims that magnets, copper bracelets, chemicals, special diets, radiation or other products can cure arthritis. This is highly unlikely. Ads where people say they have been cured do not prove that a product works. Some of these products could hurt you. They aren’t likely to help; and they actually cost a lot. There is no cure for most forms of arthritis. Rest, exercise, heat and some drugs help many people control their symptoms. If you’re thinking about any new treatments, such as diet, a device or other arthritis products, talk with your doctor first.



3. Cancer cures. Scam artist prey on the fear of cancer. They promote treatments with no proven value, like a diet dangerously low in protein or drugs like laetrile. There is no one treatment that cures all types of cancer. By using unproven methods, people with cancer may lose valuable time and the chance to benefit from a proven, effective treatment. This delay may reduce the chance of controlling or curing the disease.


4. Memory aids. Many people worry about losing their memory as they age. They may believe false promises about unproven treatments that can help them keep or improve their memory. So-called smart pills, removal of dental fillings and certain brain retaining exercises are some of the examples of untested approaches.



5. Dietary supplements. Americans spend billions of dollars every year on dietary supplements. These supplements are sold over-the-counter in include vitamins and minerals, amino acids, herbs and enzymes. Most dietary supplements are not subject to government testing or review before they go on the market. While some vitamins might be helpful, supplements may be bad for people taking certain medications or with some medical conditions. Be wary of claims that a supplement can shrink tumors, solve impotence or cure Alzheimer’s disease. Talk with your doctor before starting any supplement.


6. Health insurance. Some companies target people who are unable to get health insurance. They offer coverage that promises more than it intends to deliver. When you think about buying health insurance, remember to find out if the company an agent are licensed in your state.



How can you protect yourself from health scams?


Be wary. Question what you see or hear in ads or on the Internet. Newspapers, magazines, radio and TV stations don’t always check advertising claims. Find out about a product before you buy it. Don’t let a salesperson talk you into making a snap decision. Check with your healthcare provider first.


Remember the old stories about the snake oil salesman who traveled from town to town making wild claims for a fabulous product? Well, chances are today’s scam artist are using the same sales tricks. Look for red flags in ads or promotional materials that;

  • Promise a quick or painless cure.
  • Claim the product is made from a special, secret or ancient formula.
  • Offer products and services only by mail or from one company.
  • Use statements or unproven case histories from a so-called satisfied patient.
  • Claim to be a cure for a wide range of ailments.
  • Claim to cure a disease (such as arthritis or Alzheimer’s) to that hasn’t been cured by medical science.
  • Promise a no risk, money back guarantee.
  • Offer in additional free gift or a larger amount of the product as a special promotion.
  • Require advanced payment and claimed there is a limited supply of the product.

Two federal agencies work to protect you from health scams. The Federal Trade Commission can help you spot fraud. The food and drug administration protects the public by assuring the safety of prescription drugs, biological products, medical devices, food, cosmetics and radiation emitting products. If you have questions about a product, talk with your doctor. Getting the facts about health care products can help protect you from health scams.

Hair repair

How to heal damage tresses and restore your hairs healthy beauty.

Healthy hair is thick, bouncy, and shiny. It feels soft and flexible, and is easy to style. Hair changes with age. Sebum (oil) production on the scalp decreases rapidly starting at age 45. When hair becomes less hydrated, and gets frizzy and more susceptible to breakage. Hair repair is possible if you care for your hair, inside and out.

On the outside


For starters, avoid over-shampooing, over-processing, and over-styling. Ask your hair feels dry or course, a weekly shampoo may be all you need. If you have finer, oilier hair, you will likely need to wash it more often.


If you color your hair, be vigilant about conditioning—weekly deep-conditioning treatments help coach strands and will in any damaged spots in the hairs cuticles. And daily conditioning helps keep your hair smooth and shiny.



He can dry out your hair, we can cuticles, and make hair prone to breakage, so try ditching the styling tools a few days each week and letting your hair dry naturally. If you absolutely can’t live without your hairdryer or curling iron, turn the heat down to the lowest setting and protect your hair with leave-in conditioners designed to minimize heat damage.

Synthetic agents and hair care products can also dry out hair, so choose a natural products instead. Determine your hairs needs—more moisture, more body, sun protection, etc.—and go from there.


On the inside


Although hair is dead, the living part of the follicle is very much alive in needs the proper nutrients to stay healthy. If your hair has become finer, thinner, weaker, and even lighter, it could be due to nutrient deficiencies.


Hair is made of keratin, a type of protein. Eating protein will provide your body with the amino acids it needs to produce stronger hair. Omega-3 rich proteins such as salmon and Omega-enriched eggs help strengthen the hair.


Low levels of iron can lead to anemia, one of the most common causes of thinning hair in otherwise healthy women. Red meat, dark meat poultry, clams, cocoa, molasses, pumpkin and sesame seeds, lentils, and cooked spinach are all good sources of iron.

Biotin can also be helpful for treating thinning hair. You may need as much as 10,000 mcg daily to see results.



Finally, zinc is essential for keratin production, and low levels of zinc can lead to finer, sparser, weaker hair. In addition to a daily multi, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews, dark chocolate, and oysters are all good sources of zinc.


Good enough to eat


To enhance shine, add volume, hydrate, and strengthen your strands, look no further than your kitchen cabinets and fridge for nourishing hair treatments.


Apple cider vinegar

Of all vinegars, apple cider vinegar is considered to be the best for hair. Combine 1-3 tbs. of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water and then rinse with vinegar mix after shampooing your hair. Rinse one more time with water. Yogurt and/or sour cream can also help combat styling product buildup. Use about ½ cup and leave on for 20 minutes before shampooing hair.



Avocado

This nourishing food, rich in healthy vitamin E and monounsaturated fats, makes an excellent mask for dry, frizzy hair. Mash ½-1 avocado and massage into hair. If your hair is very dry, add 1-2 tbs. honey or mayonnaise. Leave on for 20-30 minutes, then shampoo as usual.


Coconut oil

All you need is a dime-sized amount to moisturize dry, split ends, create instant shine, and control frizz. Use extra virgin coconut oil.


Olive oil

Rub a few teaspoons of all of oil into your hair and scalp and then cover with a bathing or towel. Leave on for about 30 minutes before shampooing hair. This deep conditioner is especially helpful for dandruff and split in.


Sesame oil

This nutrient-dense oil is known to promote hair growth, increase shine, and strengthen the hair. It also boast the unique ability to slightly darken hair— a plus if you are trying to camouflage premature graying. Massage a few drops of oil into hair and scalp.

The Elusive Full Night’s Rest

Could a Deficiency of the amino acid glycine prevent healthy sleep?

Got sleep? It seems that many of us are having trouble getting enough of it these days. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) acknowledged that sleep deprivation is a serious health concern leading to other health problems, such as obesity, depression, and diabetes. More than a quart of Americans report occasional trouble sleeping and up to 10 percent have chronic insomnia. While many of us could blame stress or any number of other reasons why we have trouble falling or staying asleep, one reason that has been generally overlooked is a deficiency in the amino acid glycine.

New research indicates that a lack of glycine in the diet may contribute to difficulty sleeping, and initial studies are showing that people supplementing with glycine fall asleep sooner and experience deeper sleep while actually feeling more alert the following day.


Glycine can act in several ways to support sleep. One study showed that oral glycine increased serotonin in rats; serotonin is then converted to melatonin, the “sleep” hormone. Glycine, along with GABA, also acts on the central nervous system by inhibiting the skeletal muscles during sleep, allowing us to dream and experience REM sleep without moving about in our beds.


Several researches believe that the primary effect that glycine may have on sleep physiology is that it helps maintain a lower core body temperature during sleep. During healthy sleep the body’s temperature naturally decreases during the course of the night, and if for some reason this core temperature rises, it can cause us to wake. Have you ever noticed waking up and feeling hot?


So why might you be deficient in glycine? One of the glycine’s primary jobs is to manufacture connective tissue, including collagen. The body makes three grams a day but needs about 15 grams daily to rebuild collagen and other tissues. Traditionally dietary glycine comes from food sources like collagen found in the bones, joints, and skin of animal products—foods that are not readily consumed in our modern diet. So, if you are not eating chitlins, cracklins, and gizzards regularly and/or making homemade bone broth, you may want to consider supplementing with glycine. How much you ask? One study used three grams of pure glycine before bedtime. Jonathan Wright, MD, medical director of the Tahoma Clinic in Washington, suggests aiming for ten grams a day to restore glycine levels in the body. His favorite way to take it is by missing glycine powder with a purified gelatin and some healthy flavorings (chocolate, fruit, etc.) to make a dessert. He recommends gelatin because it also contains a high amount of glycine (approximately 30% along with a balance of other naturally occurring amino acids.



As many of us continue to struggle with getting enough sleep, it is nice to know that there is an additional tool that we can use to unlock the mystery of a restful night’s sleep.

Feeling Restless?

Nutritional deficiencies may play a role in restless legs syndrome.

It’s the end of a long day and exhausted, you tuck into bed and wait for sleep to come. But instead of sleep, the creepy, crawly sensation overcomes your legs. You stretch your calves, trying to overcome the urge to get up and move, but it doesn’t work. And now here you are, wide awake, walking around trying to calm the restless feeling in your legs.

Sound familiar? If so, then you likely have restless legs syndrome (RLS), a neurological disorder characterized by uncomfortable sensations in the legs accompanied with an overwhelming urge to move them to relieve the discomfort; symptoms typically worsen at night or during times of inactivity such as during long flights or car trips. For someone without the disorder, it’s hard to imagine the sensations brought on by RLS, described by those who suffer as “creeping, crawling, itching, cramping, tingling, and burning.” While researchers don’t know the exact cause of RLS, new findings are pointing to nutritional deficiencies.

There are two types of RLS—primary and secondary. Primary RLS is thought to be genetic while secondary RLS is brought on by another medical condition, including, but not limited to pregnancy, hyper– and hypothyroidism, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, and peripheral neuropathy (often caused by diabetes). Certain medications may increase the symptoms of RLS, including certain antidepressants, antihistamines, and anti-nausea medications. Children and adults alike can suffer from RLS (the symptoms of RLS in children are often mistaken for growing pains or simple restlessness), and upwards of 10 percent of the population has a varying degree of RLS. As anyone with RLS knows, sleep quality, and thus overall quality of life, can be greatly diminished.


While the act causes of primary RLS are still under investigation, it is believed that the disorder is largely related to an iron insufficiency in the brain. Researchers at Penn State College of Medicine and Johns Hopkins University performed autopsies on the brains of deceased RLS patients and found that the part of the brain thought to play a role in RLS (the substantia nigra) lacking a specific protein, called ferritin, needed for normal uptake and storage of iron. The lack of iron may cause a misfiring of neuronal signals, causing the physical sensations associated with RLS. One study found that 75 percent of subjects with RLS had reduced iron stores. Other research (substantiating anecdotal evidence) has found that iron supplementation can significantly decrease the symptoms of RLS. Try 50-65 mg of iron on an empty stomach up to three times a day, depending on the severity of deficiency. Take with at least 200 mg of vitamin C to utilize absorption.



It is important to note that when serum ferritin levels are above 50 ng/mL, iron supplementation does not appear to be effective in relieving symptoms. Have your ferritin levels tested to establish it as a cause for your RLS.
